Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in line with facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
• Perform routine nursing procedures and support therapies in the Rehabilitation/Outpatient area
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care plans

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure (LPN or RN)
• Clinical nursing experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts and managing multiple patients
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain (if required by facility)

Education

• Completion of an accredited nursing program for LPN or RN

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid fundamentals of patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with infection control principles and patient safety protocols
• Ability to use electronic medical records and timely charting
• Good clinical judgment, prioritization, and time management
