Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care during night shifts, prioritizing safety and comfort
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
• Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate patient care and safe transitions
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient's chart and electronic health record
• Support admissions, discharges, and handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license (class listed as LPN | RN in order details)
• Comfortable working overnight 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shifts
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in an acute/long-term care setting
• Active clinical skills and strong communication with patients and care teams

Education

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing or registered nursing program
• Active state nursing license appropriate to LPN or RN role

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamental nursing assessment and bedside care skills
• Medication administration and accurate charting
• Clear clinical communication and teamwork
• Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
• Basic familiarity with electronic health record documentation
