Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe patient care during the overnight period
• Assess patients, document findings clearly, and escalate changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and handoffs for seamless continuity
• Support discharge planning and family education as needed

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure (aligned with the job class: LPN | RN)
• Willingness to work overnight 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM shifts as assigned
• Active clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration and documentation
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
• Accurate medication administration and documentation practices
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and clear handoffs
• Ability to prioritize care and respond to changes during overnight hours
• Good communication with patients, families and the care team
