Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high quality bedside nursing care to patients on your unit
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Document care clearly and promptly in the patient record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and discharge readiness
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergencies

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license appropriate for practice
• Current basic clinical skills for medication administration and patient assessment
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
• Clinical experience preferred; new grads with applicable training are encouraged to inquire

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program for LPNs
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing for RNs

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and basic clinical procedures
• Accurate documentation and charting practices
• Effective communication with patients, families and clinical teams
• Infection control and safety-focused care
