Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care as an LPN or RN on the unit
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document patient care and clinical observations clearly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Support unit flow by prioritizing tasks, responding to emergent needs, and assisting with admissions/discharges

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (able to work as LPN or RN for this opening)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required per facility policy
• Clinical experience in a relevant care setting is a plus (experience requirement not specified in order)
• Ability to pass standard background and health screenings as required by the facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Safe medication administration and basic procedures
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Comfort with electronic health record documentation
• Infection control practices and safety-first mindset
