Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults or assigned patient population
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
• Perform accurate and timely documentation, handoffs, and charting to ensure continuity of care
• Monitor patient condition, recognize changes, and escalate concerns to the interdisciplinary team
• Support patient mobility, education, and discharge planning with clear communication
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and professional nursing standards

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license (required)
• Clinical experience in acute care or related setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working night shift hours and managing a full shift patient workload
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding and mandatory trainings

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid nursing assessment and clinical judgement skills
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Basic patient care procedures, monitoring, and wound care as applicable
• Familiarity with electronic health records and timely documentation
• Teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy
