Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients during the night shift
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support rehabilitation and recovery goals
• Perform timely charting and ensure accurate handoffs at shift change
• Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
• Uphold facility policies, infection control standards, and patient safety practices

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (aligned with the role you are applying for)
• Ability to work 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM night shifts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required by facility
• Clinical experience in a rehab/acute care setting is a plus
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours and as part of a team

Education

• Licensed Practical Nurse: LPN diploma or equivalent
• Registered Nurse: ADN/BSN or equivalent nursing education and RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent documentation and clinical communication
• Familiarity with rehabilitation care and patient mobility support
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in urgent situations
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient-centered approach
