Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to assigned patients and promote their comfort
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient condition changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Document patient care and clinical observations clearly and promptly
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license (as applicable) — credential consistent with the role
• Clinical experience in acute care preferred (LPN or RN experience welcome)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate
• RN: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation
• Basic wound care and vital signs monitoring
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Time management and prioritization in fast-paced settings
