Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the night shift
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care plans
• Respond quickly to patient needs, emergencies, and changes in clinical status
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in good standing (able to practice in New Mexico)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications a plus
• Clinical experience in acute care or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule
• Up-to-date immunizations and willingness to complete background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgement skills
• Medication administration and basic IV/line care knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced settings
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy night shifts
