Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate bedside nursing care to assigned patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment plan, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold safety standards
• Support unit workflow by assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure (LPN or RN) — current and in good standing
• Clinical experience in a relevant setting preferred (acute care, rehab, or similar)
• Valid basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
• Ability to work a 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift and follow facility policies

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and documentation practices
• Comfortable with electronic health record (EHR) charting
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
