Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across assigned shifts
• Perform thorough assessments and communicate findings to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Document patient care in the electronic health record in a timely manner
• Support patient and family education, promoting recovery and well-being

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license (LPN candidates considered; state-appropriate licensure required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain promptly
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and adapting to facility scheduling
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN diploma/degree as appropriate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV/shot experience
• Basic familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
