Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Uptown Health/Rehab area
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document care, progress, and communications clearly and promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-focused care
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Support facility initiatives and maintain standards for safety and infection control

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license (applicable to role applied for)
• Eligible to work for a travel/contract assignment and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Comfort working a long day shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) with a 30-minute meal break
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
• Clear and timely documentation practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced rehab/acute care setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient education skills
