Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and ensure comfort throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Support patient and family education, helping them understand care goals and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (position open to LPNs and RNs as listed)
• Current, valid nursing license appropriate for practice
• Comfort and ability to work 12+ hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
• Facility-required immunizations and health screenings (per facility policy)

Education

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
• Medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable using electronic health record systems
• Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical team
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude
