Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately to support clinical decisions
• Assist with mobility, transfers and safe use of assistive devices
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate changes to the care team
• Support residents with dignity and respect while promoting independence
• Follow infection control procedures and facility safety protocols
• Collaborate with nurses and other care staff to deliver excellent patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Eligible to work in Pennsylvania and meet state registry requirements
• Comfortable and experienced working night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Current CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen and required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
• Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
• Infection control and proper PPE use
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
• Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
