Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents, assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident condition accurately
• Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
• Communicate clearly with the care team and families to promote coordinated care
• Document care and observations in the patient record in a timely, professional way

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (T-CNA accepted) required
• Willingness and ability to work nights: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Comfortable with travel assignments and starting the 13-week assignment beginning 2026-01-08
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with resident care

Education

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program or equivalent certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with activities of daily living support and personal care
• Basic clinical skills such as taking vitals and observing clinical changes
• Infection control and safe handling techniques
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Teamwork mindset and adaptability to new facility workflows
