Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents as a licensed nursing assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor resident condition and communicate changes promptly to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality of care
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Participate in training, huddles, and quality improvement efforts to elevate resident experience
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required — T-LNA also accepted
- Eligibility or authorization to work in VT/NH for this travel assignment
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as noted in the assignment
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA training program and current LNA/T-LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in safely assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Comfortable with basic clinical observations and timely reporting
- Sound infection prevention and resident safety practices
- Working knowledge of electronic or paper charting and documentation best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and families
