Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents as a licensed nursing assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes promptly to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality of care
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
• Participate in training, huddles, and quality improvement efforts to elevate resident experience

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required — T-LNA also accepted
• Eligibility or authorization to work in VT/NH for this travel assignment
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as noted in the assignment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved LNA training program and current LNA/T-LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in safely assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
• Comfortable with basic clinical observations and timely reporting
• Sound infection prevention and resident safety practices
• Working knowledge of electronic or paper charting and documentation best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and families
