Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating days including some weekends and holidays, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day)
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Take and accurately record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote resident safety
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in resident records
- Follow infection prevention protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Support resident social engagement and independence during daily routines
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or T-LNA credential (VT or NH licensure appropriate for this role)
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
- Ability to pass facility background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner
- Previous LNA experience preferred
Education
- Completion of a state-approved LNA training program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Proficient in taking and recording vital signs and observing changes
- Safe resident handling and transfer techniques
- Familiarity with infection control best practices
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Teamwork, time management, and the ability to prioritize resident needs
