Shift Type: Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift (non-overnight)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs, report changes promptly to the nursing team
- Assist with activities of daily living to promote dignity and comfort for residents
- Maintain neat, accurate patient documentation and communicate clearly during handoffs
- Support infection control practices and help keep the environment safe and clean
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable with hands-on patient care and physical tasks
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Preferred: prior experience in long-term care or acute care settings
Education
- Completion of an approved CNA training program; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe patient handling
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Knowledge of infection prevention and basic safety procedures
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
- Compassionate bedside manner and attention to detail
