Shift Type: Evening / 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, days scheduled per facility needs (evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility
- Monitor and document resident condition and report changes promptly to the nurse in charge
- Support safe and clean patient environments by following infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families and the care team
- Contribute to accurate charting and timely documentation of care activities
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
- Active or eligible for North Carolina CNA certification
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and providing direct resident care
- Dependable, team-minded attitude and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident-centered care and basic patient handling
- Infection control and safety best practices
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Clear verbal and written communication with healthcare teams
- Basic charting and documentation skills
