Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams with accuracy and compassion
• Operate tomosynthesis equipment and apply 3D stereo techniques when appropriate
• Ensure excellent patient positioning and image quality to support accurate diagnoses
• Provide clear, reassuring patient education before and during imaging procedures
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols, infection control, and hospital policies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and communicate findings to the care team
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to deliver seamless care

Qualifications

• CRT(M) certification required
• ARRT (M) registration required
• Tomosynthesis (Tomo) training required
• 3D stereo training is a strong plus
• Must be fully vaccinated prior to submission (per client requirement)
• Comfortable working day and evening shifts and occasional Saturdays

Education

• Required certifications: CRT(M) and ARRT (M)
• Completion of mammography training program or equivalent clinical experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep familiarity with mammography techniques and tomosynthesis workflows
• Strong patient-focused communication and comfort positioning patients
• Attention to image quality, detail, and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to follow protocols and work collaboratively within a radiology team
• Adaptability to work varied shift lengths (8- and 10-hour shifts)
