Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Perform bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding with dignity and respect
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention practices for residents
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Help create a clean, comfortable and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Authorization to work in the U.S. — must be able to work legally
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living or acute care is a plus
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion and a team-first attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care skills including bathing, feeding and mobility assistance
• Basic clinical knowledge such as taking vitals and observing patient conditions
• Infection control and safe handling practices
• Reliable documentation and charting skills
• Clear communication with patients, families and care team
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
