Shift Type: Night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC), schedule varies/rotating
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and behavioral observations accurately
- Support safe mobility and fall prevention, using proper body mechanics
- Assist nursing team with treatments and timely documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and the care team
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to protect everyone
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Comfortable working night shift and handling hands-on patient care
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection control and basic patient safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Basic charting and documentation skills
