Shift Type: Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (evening, day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using safe techniques
- Monitor and document resident status, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support care plans by following directions from RNs and licensed staff
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate with residents and families with respect and empathy
- Participate in infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
- Comfort with lifts, transfers, and physical aspects of resident care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification as required by Pennsylvania
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with personal care and basic nursing procedures
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Ability to follow care plans and verbal instructions from nursing staff
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and team members
