Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered bedside care with professionalism and empathy
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while following facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the care team
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers to keep patient flow smooth
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (state-appropriate) — the job title requires licensure
• Comfortable working the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail when documenting patient care

Education

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and basic clinical monitoring
• Medication administration and safe handling practices
• Charting and documentation in an electronic health record
• Infection control and standard clinical safety procedures
• Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
