Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the evening shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Document patient status and interventions clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up
• Assist with admissions, discharges and safe patient transfers

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license (appropriate to the role being applied for)
• Comfortable and available to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM evening shift
• Able to function well in a fast-paced long-term/post-acute setting
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented—ready to jump in and help

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
• Basic infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during a busy shift
