Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily personal care to residents, promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility and meal assistance
- Accurately record vital signs, intake/output and changes in resident condition
- Communicate clearly with nursing staff and families to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
- Help maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents and colleagues
- Participate in team huddles and contribute observations to care planning and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (New Hampshire LNA or eligible to obtain)
- Completion of an approved LNA program and demonstrated hands-on patient care skills
- Ability to pass required background checks, TB screening and immunization requirements
- Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts as scheduled
- BLS/CPR preferred or willingness to obtain promptly
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fundamentals in basic patient care and safety
- Skilled at taking and documenting vital signs and resident observations
- Knowledge of infection control and safe transfer techniques
- Good communication skills with residents, families and clinical teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced long-term care setting
- Compassionate approach to providing person-centered care
