Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week, every other weekend (may float to adult units as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients, tailoring therapy to each little patient's needs
- Manage airway support and respiratory treatments across Neo/Peds populations and float to adult units as census requires
- Respond to emergencies using BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS protocols with calm, clinical confidence
- Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Complete required skills checklists and participate in competency validation to maintain high standards of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and handoffs to ensure continuity and safety
Qualifications
- Active respiratory therapy license/certification (license/certificate verification required)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS (listed and required)
- Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and license verification
- Passing pre-employment health requirements: fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, current immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella) and TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Comfort and experience working with neonatal and pediatric patients; willingness to float to adult units as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapy principles and interventions
- Strong emergency response skills using NRP and PALS algorithms
- Proficiency with basic and advanced life support (BLS, ACLS)
- Ability to adapt care when floating to adult units and work across age groups
- Excellent communication with families and clinical teams
- Commitment to infection control and safety practices
