Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and provide high-quality emergency care to patients across a 28-bed ER
• Deliver trauma care in designated trauma bays and manage rapid patient turnover
• Continuously monitor cardiac patients and respond to telemetry changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and transfer patients as needed
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Support behavioral health patients with calm, therapeutic interventions and safe care practices
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and assist colleagues during high-acuity periods

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii RN license required by start of assignment
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) experience with clinical practice in emergency nursing
• Experience in trauma care and cardiac monitoring within an ED setting
• Comfort and experience with 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Behavioral health experience is preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborative emergency care

Education

• Active RN licensure (Hawaii RN license required)
