Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatients to restore mobility and functional independence
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on meaningful, measurable goals
• Provide expert care across outpatient specialties including sports/orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, balance and dizziness
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document progress clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate the best patient-centered care
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safe home management and long-term improvement
• Travel between multiple points of care to deliver consistent, high-quality treatment

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license (required)
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS (required)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy and patient evaluation/treatment
• Comfortable traveling to multiple points of care within the region
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, mobility restoration, and functional training
• Experience with sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric, neurological/stroke, and balance/dizziness care
• Knowledge of wheelchair seating principles and neck, back and extremity care
• Proficient documentation and use of clinical outcome measures
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers in an approachable, effective manner
• Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
