Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders
• Perform thorough assessments and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Document clinical care clearly and timely in the patient record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow care plans
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Support a positive environment by mentoring peers and contributing to unit goals

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (license for the role you apply for)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred for RNs
• Clinical experience in a comparable setting is preferred; new grads may be considered depending on role
• Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or equivalent
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking to prioritize patient needs
• Proficiency with medication administration and documentation best practices
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and point-of-care charting
• Time management and multitasking in a busy clinical environment
• Teamwork, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement
