Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Evening shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, days to be confirmed (evening/night shift)
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the evening shift
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
- Educate patients and families about condition management and discharge plans
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — RN preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Clinical experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to perform duties for the 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM evening shift
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or LPN diploma) required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable with medication administration and documentation systems
- Skilled at patient assessment, wound care, and chronic condition management
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and respond calmly in urgent situations
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations and resident-centered care
- Professional bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
