Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team promptly
• Document care, observations, and interventions clearly in the patient record
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to deliver coordinated care
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness
• Assist with wound care, vital signs, and basic procedures as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willing to obtain
• Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing tasks
• Professional, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with patients and team
• Previous LPN experience preferred (1+ year recommended) but new grads may be considered

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic comfort with electronic health records and charting
