Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients via telemedicine, delivering safe and effective virtual visits
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions with evidence-based treatment plans
• Perform medication management and coordinate prescriptions and refills as needed
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists to ensure smooth continuity of care
• Participate in training and quality improvement activities to enhance telehealth delivery

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Active California medical license preferred or eligible to obtain
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one promptly
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred
• Previous telemedicine or virtual care experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule and dedicated to patient-centered virtual care

Education

• MD or DO
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical decision-making for adult primary care and chronic disease management
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records
• Excellent verbal communication and virtual bedside manner
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote clinical teams
• Time management and documentation skills to maintain productivity and quality
