Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care during the evening shift
• Assess patient condition and document changes accurately and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely following facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatments, discharge plans and wellness
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges smoothly during shift changes

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington required; LPN considered
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• RN is preferred for this opening
• Valid professional licensure and ability to pass background and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Clear, professional communication with patients, families and care teams
• Comfortable with medication administration and electronic charting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during busy shifts
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on patient safety and quality
