Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients using evidence-based OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Document assessments, progress, and discharge plans accurately and on time
- Educate patients and families to maximize independence and safety at home and in the community
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet varied caseloads and changing clinical needs
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
- OTR or relevant professional certification preferred
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy settings (50/50 workload)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
- Comfort with variable schedules including weekend coverage
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Skilled in ADL/IADL training and adaptive equipment recommendations
- Clear and timely documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to manage a mixed inpatient/outpatient caseload efficiently
