Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide effective physical therapy interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to coordinate excellent patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and self-care strategies to support long-term recovery
Qualifications
- Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
- Ability to document clearly and comply with facility policies
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficient with hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise
- Accurate clinical documentation and progress tracking
- Effective patient and family education techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork within interdisciplinary care teams
