Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and function
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain clinical standards and compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a clinical team
• Professional documentation skills and commitment to evidence-based care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (e.g., DPT or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and developing treatment plans
• Proficient with therapeutic interventions to improve function and mobility
• Comfortable with clinical documentation and meeting compliance standards
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
