Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that get results
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term recovery strategies

Qualifications

• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain a California PT license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients and the care team
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California PT license or eligibility

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Experience delivering hands-on outpatient therapy interventions
• Excellent documentation practices and familiarity with clinical compliance standards
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team communication
• Ability to educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
