Shift Type: Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Third scheduled weekday (Thursday or Friday), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM — Day shifts with varied start times (3 x 12-hour style schedule, 36 hours/week)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT exams and imaging procedures with attention to patient safety and image accuracy
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication to ensure a positive patient experience
- Operate CT equipment and related imaging modalities while following departmental protocols
- Support off-site walk-in locations by performing patient registration and clerical tasks when needed
- Adapt to varied clinical environments (main hospital campus and multiple walk-in centers) and changing shift locations
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to optimize workflow and patient throughput
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and adherence to radiation safety standards
Qualifications
- ARRT Registered (required)
- Maine RT Licensure (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
- Must have CT experience — do not submit without CT experience
- Comfortable working varied day shifts, weekends, and rotating locations
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist with patient registration/clerical duties as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Computed Tomography (CT) — demonstrated experience
- X-ray and portable radiography skills
- Fluoroscopy and C-arm familiarity (preferred)
- Bone densitometry experience (preferred)
- Patient care best practices and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask across clinical and clerical duties in walk-in settings
- Adaptability to different sites and shifting schedules
