Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional needs and design individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on rehabilitation interventions to help patients regain independence
• Document progress and outcomes thoroughly to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners to coordinate care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support function at home and work
• Participate in onboarding activities and support new clinician integration into clinic workflows
• Adapt schedules and treatment settings to meet the unique needs of clinic patients and community

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for state licensure in Minnesota
• Experience or strong interest in rehabilitation and clinic-based practice
• Comfort working in flexible clinic settings and adapting schedule as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and families
• Willingness to complete a four-week onboarding period with the clinic

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or entry-level professional degree as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation and intervention techniques
• Skilled in rehabilitation approaches across clinic settings
• Ability to manage scheduling and maintain clear documentation
• Experience with onboarding processes and collaborating within a team
• Adaptability to flexible scheduling and diverse patient needs
