Shift Type: PRN (per diem), Days vary, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day shift; Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition accurately
- Document care and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support the care team during admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required (Pennsylvania certification preferred)
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- Willingness to work PRN schedule with Every Other Weekend availability
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Reliable transportation to the Langhorne facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in basic patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
- Familiarity with infection control principles and patient safety practices
