Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming—with dignity and care
- Provide compassionate bedside support and help create a safe, comfortable environment
- Document resident status and care given accurately and promptly
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centered care and improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Available to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Practical experience with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Basic resident observation and documentation skills
- Infection control awareness and safe care practices
- Compassionate bedside manner and effective teamwork
