Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe patient transfers, ambulation, and mobility support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Document patient care and vital signs accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
- Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with patients and staff
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work the assigned evening shift
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing care techniques and infection control practices
- Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with patient charting and basic documentation
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and prioritize patient safety
