Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, supporting activities of daily living with dignity
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility to keep residents comfortable
- Take and accurately document vital signs and condition changes
- Communicate observations clearly to the nursing team to support safe, coordinated care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Support residents during meals and document intake as required
- Contribute positively to the care team and promote resident independence where possible
Qualifications
- Current LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (T-LNA/LNA) valid for VT (and NH where applicable)
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must secure your own housing for the assignment
- Available and willing to work 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts and both weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA/CNA program and active LNA license
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and safe resident transfers
- Familiarity with basic vital sign measurement and documentation
- Solid infection prevention and hand hygiene practices
- Good observation skills and timely reporting of condition changes
- Teamwork, time management, and a positive bedside manner
