Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to help ensure continuity of care
- Follow infection control policies and promote a clean, safe environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
- Valid CPR/BLS certification is a plus (check facility requirements)
- Comfortable performing hands-on patient care and basic clinical tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a care team
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safe handling practices
- Good documentation and time-management skills
- Teamwork, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced long-term care environment
