Shift Type: Evening shift (days to be confirmed), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Provide compassionate, respectful care that preserves dignity and comfort
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and handoff communication at shift change
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
- Valid state certification or eligibility to obtain Maine CNA certification
- Comfortable working evening shifts and providing hands-on patient care
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Preferred: CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamental nursing assistant skills including transfers, ADL assistance, and vital signs
- Basic knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and care teams
- Reliable documentation and time-management skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing resident needs
