Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift; days not specified in posting)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and help maintain their dignity
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
- Document resident care accurately and timely in facility records
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care team to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assisting with mobility
- Ability to pass required background checks and immunization/screening
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous LTC/rehab experience helpful but not always required
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- State CNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety practices
- Skill in taking vital signs and recognizing changes in condition
- Familiarity with ADLs and assistive devices for mobility
- Good charting and documentation habits
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for residents
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nurses
