Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: PRN (every other week coverage required), Nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (schedule days vary)
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and any notable changes in condition
- Communicate clearly with RNs and the care team to escalate concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance, using proper body mechanics
- Document care accurately and timely in the resident record
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained prior to start
- Comfort and experience working night shifts and a PRN/EOW schedule
- Proof of required immunizations and recent TB test per facility policy
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident-centered care
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; required: CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong hands-on patient care skills and familiarity with ADLs
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
- Infection prevention and standard precautions
- Ability to follow care plans and report changes accurately
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary care team
