Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to geriatric residents to preserve dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, changes in condition, and resident needs accurately
- Support the nursing team with routine care tasks and timely communication
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and communicate respectfully with families and staff
Qualifications
- GNA certification (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Ability to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift
- Comfort working with older adults and assisting with personal care
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- GNA certificate or equivalent training and a high school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and patient-centered support
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, safe transfers, and mobility assistance
- Comfortable with documentation and accurate charting
- Compassionate communication and ability to de-escalate concerns calmly
- Time management and prioritization in a busy care setting
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff
