Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple research protocols, keeping studies on track and organized
- Serve as the primary liaison with local investigators and study sponsors
- Support regulatory paperwork and protocol documentation to ensure compliance
- Protect human subjects by following informed consent and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate study files and logs, making audits and monitoring visits smooth
- Collect and organize study data clearly and reliably for the research team
- Participate in team meetings and communicate updates to investigators and sponsors
Qualifications
- Comfortable working onsite in a clinical research environment
- Experience with research coordination or protocol coordination preferred
- Familiarity with human subjects protections and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with investigators and sponsors
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and recordkeeping habits
- Willingness to learn under direct supervision and grow in research operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (health sciences, public health, biology, or similar) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Research operations and protocol management
- Human subjects protections and regulatory knowledge
- Regulatory compliance and study documentation
- Ability to liaise professionally with investigators, sponsors, and study teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
